Les Vickery, W6AKR, passed away on Christmas Day, December 25/04. He was a long time PAARA member who lived a rather exciting life as a radio operator with Pan Am Airways. The family is planning a graveside service for Friday, January 7/05 at 1300 hrs at the Sky Lawn Memorial Park, located at the top of the hill on highway 92.
A memorial service will be held sometime later and his daughter Lee Ann at 408-529-6081 will advise us of the details.

Seating is limited at the Grave Side Service, and will be about 30 minutes or less in duration. If there is inclement weather, the guests will meet in a chapel on the Park grounds.

The Memorial Service will be given in the church, with light refreshments following in the parish hall. Pastor Wobrock expects the Memorial Service to be about 30 minutes in duration.
